  • If one traveler cancels or fails to make payments, the remaining traveler assumes full financial responsibility for the reservation balance

Luxe Muse Travel Co. is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or missed travel due to incomplete documentation.

1. Independent Travel Suppliers

Luxe Muse Travel Co. works with independent third-party suppliers including:

We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or service failures.

4. Travel Requirements

No refunds will be issued for denied travel due to traveler noncompliance.

7. No Guarantees

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

At Luxe Muse Travel Co., we carefully curate travel experiences, accommodations, transportation, and supplier commitments in advance. Because of this, all cancellations are subject to the following policy.

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes:

  • Reservation deposits

  • Payment plan deposits

  • Event deposits

  • Group trip deposits

2. Payment Plans

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of prior payments made.

Guests remain financially responsible for balances owed according to agreed payment terms.

3. Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellation penalties may vary depending on:

  • Supplier terms

  • Hotel contracts

  • Transportation agreements

  • Timing of cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

Coach Tours & Domestic Experiences

  • 45+ days before departure: payments may be transferable at Luxe Muse discretion minus deposit

  • 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total payments forfeited

  • Less than 30 days before departure: no refunds

International or Luxury Hosted Trips

  • Deposits non-refundable

  • 60 days or less before departure: no refunds

4. Transportation-Only Tickets

Transportation-only reservations are non-refundable unless the event itself is canceled by Luxe Muse Travel Co.

5. Roommate Cancellations

For double occupancy bookings:

  • If one traveler cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for the full remaining balance unless a replacement roommate is secured

Luxe Muse does not provide roommate replacements.

6. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed departures

  • No-shows

  • Unused portions of travel

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

7. Cancellation by Luxe Muse Travel Co.

Luxe Muse reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to:

  • Insufficient participation

  • Safety concerns

  • Vendor issues

  • Force majeure events

If Luxe Muse cancels an experience directly, travelers may receive:

  • A refund

  • Travel credit

  • Transfer option

depending on supplier policies and recoverable funds.

8. Chargebacks

By booking with Luxe Muse Travel Co., you agree not to initiate improper chargebacks for services rendered, deposits acknowledged, or policies accepted during booking.

Disputes initiated in violation of these policies may be subject to collection efforts and legal remedies.

9. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of:

  • Illness

  • Emergencies

  • Cancellations

  • Delays

  • Supplier interruptions
